Shanique Singh was born and raised in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. She went to Marlie Mount Primary School and finished her schooling at Ardenne High School. She is currently a fifth-year medical student at the University of the West Indies, pursuing a degree in medicine and surgery. She plans to become an obstetrician-gynecologist and help women with reproductive health issues.
