The 16-year-old Cleveland High School student beat out 50 other contestants from across the country to win the prestigious title and a $60,000 scholarship.

For the Miss America’s Teen 2024 competition, Hanley chose to showcase her lyrical dance skills in the talent segment. She performed a stunning routine to the song “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey, which she said was inspired by her own personal story.

House, a 13-year-old junior at Cleveland High School, impressed the judges with her lyrical dance routine to “Don’t Stop Believin’” and her community service initiative “Passion to Profit”, which empowers young entrepreneurs and builds real-world skills.
House is the first Miss America’s Teen from North Carolina and the second youngest winner in the history of the competition. She will receive a prize package of $60,000 in tuition scholarships to attend a school of her choice or a four-year Presidential Scholarship to the University of Alabama, according to the Miss America organization.
Miss America’s Teen, which is part of the Miss America organization, is a national scholarship program that recognizes the achievements of outstanding young women ages 13 to 17.
